Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new channel partners, systems integrators, and VARs (Value Added Resellers)
  • Develop direct relationships with enterprise customers in manufacturing, energy, transport, and public sector
  • Generate qualified leads, respond to inquiries, and drive the sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create tailored solution proposals and demonstrations
  • Understand client needs and position eSIX solutions as part of their network modernization or digital transformation strategy
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings across Germany and Europe
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reports in CRM
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in ICT, telecom, or industrial networking
  • Strong understanding of enterprise connectivity solutions, including WAN, 5G, SD-WAN, or cybersecurity
  • Experience working with system integrators, OEMs, or public sector procurement processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German 
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe as needed
  • Self-starter with a high level of autonomy and customer orientation

Preferred Skills

  • Background in selling technical infrastructure: routers, gateways, cybersecurity appliances, or cloud-managed platforms
  • Familiarity with industry sectors such as smart cities, utilities, transportation, or manufacturing
  • Understanding of industrial certifications and compliance (e.g., IP67, CE, ISO, etc.)
